Mehrangarh Fort:

This fort is designated as the most magnificently constructed fort in the city of Jodhpur. Mehrangarh Fort is located on top of a 150 meter high hill. It was constructed in the year 1459 by the Rathore clan chief, Rao Jodha. The fort itself houses several other attractions, which include galleries, temples, a museum, palaces etc.

Umaid Bhavan Palace:

This palace is not only rated as the most beautiful historical building of Jodhpur, but also is one of the best constructions in the whole of Rajasthan. Umaid Bhavan Palace was built by the king of Jodhpur, Maharaja Umaid Singh during the 20th century. Recently, a portion of this palace is renovated into a museum and a hotel.

Jaswant Thada:

This royal cenotaph is situated on the left side of the fort complex of Mehrangarh. The entire construction is done using white marble. Jaswant Thada was constructed for commemorating Maharaja Jasawant Singh. You will get to see rare portraits and objects used by the ancient rulers of Jodhpur at this cenotaph.
